You have the right to return all or part of the order within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The return will be accepted if the products are in their original condition, no special markings have been removed (eg protectors, cards, labels, etc.) and the return package includes the RETURN FORM completed and a photocopy of the corresponding INVOICE.

Our company will do its best to replace the product you returned to us, if this product is defective, or you have been sent the wrong code, or the size is not right for you. Shipping Replacement Fee: In case of product replacement, you will be charged with the cost of returning the product you received, with the cost of shipping the new product that we will send you and with the cost of cash on delivery, if payment is made by cash on delivery, UNLESS the replacement is due to your own fault (eg defective product, wrong code or size or color, etc.), in which case the above costs are borne by us.

The refund is completed within 7 working days from the date we receive the product.
